A: SmartSource can work with its clients to create an SOW, but most often our clients provide a detailed SOW for us. Our resource management team reviews the SOW and works with our clients to execute a plan and deliver the services. SmartSource can provide project managers in the event our clients do not have their own.

All technicians that work for SmartSource have completed a phone screen, face to face interview, technical screening or technical test, criminal background check, certification verification, and and two reference checks. In addition, after each assignment, SmartSource technicians are evaluated by client for future use.
