You have always given me everything that I need to know prior to the job. The work I did for Smartsource gave me great experience. You actually ask I.T. questions rather than guessing the extent of someone's knowledge based solely on their resume. You have made accommodations for me when my pervious car was breaking down. I can keep going Mr. Nash. I must tell you, the best part of Smartsource is that you assess the individual completely, rather than only relying on a resume. I, for instance, have 26 years of personal computer experience at the age of 31. I do not tell people that I have been sitting at a computer for that long because of age discrimination. That is why it is so important to me that you look at the person's capabilities, not just a resume's capabilities. You also pay attention to whether this is something that someone is passionate about. I love I.T. and I know that Natalie knows that.
