The SmartSource
recruiting team is responsible for a set amount of phone screens
and face-to-face interviews per week. Recruiters proactively
meet with candidates possessing skills compatible with evolving
technologies. Paper work is filled out, including tax forms,
criminal background checks, and preliminary offer letters. This
process allows SmartSource to expedite the filling of open positions
for our clients.
In order to guarantee the quality, consistency and competency
