WEB INTERVIEW INSTRUCTIONS

1. In order to use the Web Interview you will need to have Flash installed on your computer.
2. Once at the login screen enter the user name and password provided to you by your recruiter and then click “Submit”.

3. Once logged in, enter your name in the upper right corner text box and then click “Login”

4. You are now logged into a session.
5. To control the video or audio stream, controls are located within the video window.
6. First, click on the “Send Audio/Video” button in the lower left of the video window.
7. Then click “Allow” on the Flash dialogue pop-up box.

8. To control the video or audio, roll your mouse over the video window that you have activated, you will see two icons – one for the video, one for the audio – click on either to toggle the video or audio stream off or on.

9. To turn off the video or audio stream, click on the blue circle in the lower left of the screen.
10. To use the text chat, enter text into the text box at the bottom of the screen, when you message is ready click “Send”.
11. Your message will appear in the conversation box just above the text input box.
